Jennifer Rezny
Membership Director
Jennifer actively identifies and recruits new warehouse and partner members for the organization. Her background in industrial engineering and project management allow her great understanding of the warehouse environment. In addition, she works with the IWLA New Member Recruitment & Orientation Committee to ensure members get the most from the IWLA experience.
Sheresa McClain
Director, Administration & Human Resources
Sheresa oversees the general administration and personnel aspects of the association. This includes the daily/monthly distribution of funds, reconciliations and maintenance of all bank accounts, maintenance of the personnel records, maintenance of payroll records and related documents, and is the liaison between the association and the vendors with respect to the employee benefit programs.
William Carton
Director, Professional Development & Convention
William manages and develops the goals, theories, and structure of all of IWLA educational offerings. He also manage all education and meetings personnel, facets of the IWLA Convention & Expo, and develops/updates the base warehouse-management-focused curriculum. He develops research tools and anticipates industry trends/needs to create a knowledge-based curriculum and works to updates curriculum annually.
Marina Hart Donahue
Marketing & PR Manager
Marina manages branding and communication messaging for the IWLA website, e-communications, social media, and marketing collateral. She is the primary media contact for trade and consumer media outlets and responsible for IWLA public relations initiatives and branding.
Anne Schroeder
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO AND DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION & HUMAN RESOURCES
Anne provides comprehensive support services to the CEO and to the Director of Administration & Human Resources. She works closely with all staff and with the IWLA Board of Directors to ensure efficient communication, planning, and strategy.
Uriel Arroyo
SENIOR SALES COORDINATOR, PARTNERSHIPS & SPONSORSHIPS
Uriel is responsible for acquisition and retention activities for IWLA Partner Members. He will also serve as the main point of contact for corporate and event sponsorships, as well as booth sales. Please direct partner membership, sponsorship, and all booth-related questions to Uriel.
Angela Moore
Education Specialist & IWLA Canada Executive Director
Angela is responsible for developing and growing distance-learning curriculum, enhancing current educational offerings, and promoting the overall IWLA Institute. She is also in charge of researching, developing and maintaining education-related partnerships, reviewing current curriculum content, producing webinars, and managing ancillary education projects.
Bennett Judson
Meetings & Registration Coordinator
Bennett is responsible for providing meeting planning support, including sourcing, RFP outreach, registration processes, faculty communications, AV support, and webinar education programming. She will also work closely with all staff, member volunteers, and committees.
Bruce Linderman
Government Affairs Coordinator
Bruce assists with the implementation and monitoring of IWLA’s government affairs efforts, including member engagement with the IWLA Political Action Committee and legislative events. He oversees the Congressional Contact Program and assists in drafting content for the website and newsletter. He also provides general administrative support to IWLA management team.

Jeff Markey
IWLA WASHINGTON REPRESENTATIVE
Jeff Markey is the Co-Founder and Principal with Elevate Government Affairs. Jeff and his team provide lobbying services in Washington D.C. They monitor and track legislative and regulatory issues, represents the association in coalitions with allied organizations. They set up and participate in meetings with agency congressional staff, draft legislative alerts, provide advice and counsel for the IWLA Political Action Committee and assist with planning government relations activities.
Mike Williams
California Chapter Government Affairs Consultant
Michael’s duties include tracking and analyzing California’s policy developments, regulatory filings and legislation as to their impact on our industry. He coordinates with IWLA to develop and maintain a network of active members for statewide grassroots advocacy.
