“Mid Atlantic Port Service requires space that is convenient for transporting and storing large shipments in order to support our nation’s military families’ national and international moves and we’re very happy they chose Chesapeake Commerce Center,” said Battista Orcino, vice president, leasing and development for Duke Realty’s properties in Baltimore. “Chesapeake Commerce Center offers first-class warehouse space and has proven to be a desirable location for companies needing to streamline their logistics in close proximity to the port.”

Chesapeake Commerce Center is a 177-acre industrial campus with more than two million square feet of space off of I-95 in the Baltimore City submarket, which has a vacancy rate of 2.5 percent compared to an overall Baltimore market vacancy of 5.8 percent.1 Over the past 15 years, Duke Realty has redeveloped and transformed Chesapeake Commerce Center into a modern industrial hub with state-of-the art warehouse space. It has superior highway access and proximity to the Seagirt and Dundalk Marine terminals at the Port of Baltimore. Nearly all of the space at Chesapeake Commerce Center is leased.
