Duke Realty Secures Lease Renewal for Woodlake Center

Successful Renewal Keeps Duke Realty’s Woodlake Center at 100 Percent Occupancy

The Raleigh/Washington, DC office of Duke Realty Corporation announces that it has signed a lease renewal for its Woodlake 100 facility at 100 Innovation Avenue in Morrisville, North Carolina. A global commercial printing company will continue to occupy 45,000 square feet of the 108,000-square-foot building in Woodlake Center.

“Our clients are always looking for modern, convenient space and when they find it we work with them to maintain a lasting relationship of long-term occupancy,” said Battista Orcino, vice president of leasing and development for Duke Realty in Raleigh. “This lease renewal with a high-quality tenant ensures 100 percent occupancy at Woodlake Center for the next several years — helping drive the Morrisville economy and maintain its robust workforce.”

Duke Realty owns and manages 3.1 million square feet of industrial properties in the Raleigh metro area. Woodlake Center is a seven building master-planned industrial development with more than 812,000 square feet of space. Located at the corner of I-40 and I-540 and just minutes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Woodlake Center is centrally located between Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.
