Dermody Properties Announces Two New Customers in the Inland Empire

Dermody Properties, a national private equity real estate investment, development and management company focused exclusively on the logistics real estate sector, is pleased to announce the lease of LogistiCenterSM at Eastvale Buildings 1 & 5 to two new customers. Better Nutritionals, a vitamin manufacturer, will lease all 197,892 square feet at Building 1. Landmark Global, an international delivery and expert logistics network, will lease 87,180 square feet at Building 5.

Better Nutritionals currently produces the Vitamin Friends product line as well as trendsetting apple cider vinegar gummies for Goli, sold at major retailers and online. The company will use the space at LogistiCenterSM at Eastvale to expand its Southern California operations, which currently include four production facilities in Norco and one manufacturing facility in Gardena.

Offering unique communications solutions such as returns management and fulfillment services, Landmark Global will leverage the new space to continue to expand its e-commerce solutions for customers in the Western United States.

“Class-A warehouse space in the Inland Empire is a rare, but valuable, find for logistics users and we are pleased that both Better Nutritionals and Landmark Global will be able to expand their operations in the top e-commerce region in the West,” said Matt Mexia, Partner in Southern California at Dermody Properties.

Four buildings remain available in the logistics park, ranging from 48,315 square feet to 501,649 square feet. LogistiCenterSM at Eastvale is within close proximity to Ontario International Airport and offers immediate access to the I-15 and SR-60 Freeways. Clear heights in the four buildings range from 30’ to 40’ and each building features an ESFR fire protection system and between 2,500 and 3,700 square feet of office space.
