IWLA California Webinar: Warehouse Labor & Employment Law - What to Expect from the Trump Administration in the Golden State
February 8, 2018
11 a.m. - Noon (Pacific)
Program Overview & Faculty
A year into the Trump Administration changes are taking effect. While federal changes at the National Labor Relations Board and at other regulatory agencies appear to have turned the pro-business corner, their trickle down may not reach the West Coast.
What, exactly, may be in store in California? Will some state laws/decisions be affected? And what do warehouse owners, operators and executives need to know now – and be prepared for this year?
James Nelson, an attorney and a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig will provide an overview of new California laws impacting warehousing. He will also discuss strategic considerations for your business and workforce.
In his practice, Nelson represents large motor carrier operators and his firm has expertise in warehouse law and tax accounting practices.
