Attorney James Nelson will provide an overview of the new California laws impacting warehousing in 2015. He will discuss strategic considerations for your business and workforce regarding contract labor in California and he will provide strategies on how to structure your contracts to comply with Labor Code Section 2810.
Nelson received his juris doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He is chairman of Greenberg Traurig's Labor and Employment practice group in Sacramento. Nelson represents employers and ERISA plan fiduciaries in matters concerning ERISA compliance, fiduciary responsibility, collective bargaining, wage and hour, employee benefits, safety, discrimination, wrongful termination, and other labor and employment issues.
