IWLA Washington representative Pat O’Connor will present an in-depth review of federal legislative and regulatory issues that impact the warehouse industry. Topics of this free-to-members webinar include updates on the U.S. Food Safety Modernization Act, the NLRB, multi-employer pension reform, taxes and the Affordable Care Act. O’Connor will also give you an inside look at the November elections.
Pat O'Connor advocates on behalf of the 3PL warehouse industry before Congress and federal regulatory agencies. He has represented IWLA and its members on a range of issues including card check and related labor-law legislation; transportation, including goods movement and rail demurrage; and supply chain issues, including state adoption of the review Article 7 of the UCC, food safety and storage and handling of prescription drugs.
