3. Can we get passes for our colleagues, prospects or customers?
When you sign up to exhibit at the IWLA 2007 Annual
Convention, you are entitled to one free convention registration
per booth. Exhibitors may purchase additional convention registrations
at a discounted rate. As a convention attendee, all sessions
and food and beverage functions are open to you. Unlike the
usual trade show, our exhibit hall is where many of the convention’s
food and beverage functions take place, attracting a large
number of attendees. For this reason, free passes are not available.
4. How do I select my booth space?
When you send IWLA your completed Exhibitor Contract and
payment, you may select the booth location you are interested in.
It is best to give IWLA your top three choices, as the Association
will not place competitors next to each other. The floor plan is
posted on iwla.com and there is a spot on the Exhibitor
Contract for you to select your booth space. IWLA will contact
you to let you know which booth number you are assigned.
5. Which convention activities may I
attend?
As an exhibitor, you are also considered a registrant for the
Convention. You are entitled and encouraged to attend all activities
associated with the Convention, including educational sessions,
committee and council meetings, social events, receptions,
breakfasts, luncheons and the Chairman’s Reception and
Banquet. These activities present great opportunities for you to
build business relationships with potential and existing customers.
6. Can I receive a copy of the attendee list?
Yes. Each exhibitor will receive a copy of the attendee program,
which contains an attendee list.
7. How do I make my hotel reservation?
Hotel reservations are made directly through Marriott Hilton
Head Resort at the special IWLA group rate (while space lasts).
Rates and reservation information are included on the Hotel
Reservation Form attached to this exhibitor prospectus.
8. What should I bring to the Convention?
Bring your best sales representatives, plenty of business cards and
sales materials.
Creative packages are available to fit your budget and
marketing needs. Contact IWLA’s Assistant Vice President of
Member Services, Scott Brewster for details at
sbrewster@iwla.com or 800-525-0165. |
