The International Warehouse Logistics Association brings together warehouse operations/cost-assessment and 3PL sales industry experts to share their knowledge and expertise. The IWLA Economics of Warehousing & 3PL Sales Course will help your 3PL facility win bids, sell your space, and increase your margins. Course faculty will use case studies, share work experiences and strategies, and walk you through the cost-assessment process. You will learn how to calculate actual costs associated with handling and storage of customer products. You will leave this event better able to sell your space and services – and increase your bottom line.
