Program Overview & Faculty
While any warehouse logistics business requires a risk-control mindset, doing business in California means understanding risk at an even deeper level. This IWLA webinar, created specifically for members who do business in the Golden State, presents timely information that will help you develop strategies.
R. Michael Malone, J.D., President/CEO, Risk Consultants of America
Michael Malone will discuss best practices for warehouse safety including worker OSHA requirements, food, hazardous materials, pharmaceutical storage, and control measures for 2015.
Malone’s responsibilities include marketing, client development, international program, captive development, and client relationships. Under his direction, Risk Consultants has grown from a small, regional insurance services company in 1981 to the fourth largest independent safety and risk management consulting company in the United States.
His expertise, developed through more than 35 years in the business, includes employee safety, health and loss prevention techniques, OSHA Regulations 1910/1926, fire safety, life safety, NFPA, and fire protection techniques.
