Todays challenging business environment requires companies to develop any edge they can to beat out the competition. And one of the biggest advantages a company can have is a well-trained, educated workforce. In fact, a recent IWLA study discovered that firms that invest in training employees grow faster than those that do not.

To help give its members this important leg up on the competition, IWLA presents a full slate of courses, workshops and discussion groups to promote professional development and expose attendees to newer and better ways of doing business. Our curriculum challenges, stimulates and educates warehouse logistics professionals, adding to their professionalism and their employers’ bottom lines.

It is aimed at both those new to the warehouse industry and practitioners looking up brush up on the latest industry developments. Several also count toward completion of IWLAs prestigious Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) certification.
