David Long

David is the primary contact for information and service for the Canadian Council of IWLA. He is involved in membership recruitment and retention for the council. David also monitors, tracks and analyzes Canada's policy developments, regulatory filings and legislation as to their impact on warehouse/distribution centers and the commercial goods movement.

Joe is responsible for the acquisition and retention activities of IWLA members. Other duties include developing and maintaining a prospect database to ensure proper entry and accessibility for members. He is responsible for generating and qualifying leads as well as creating campaign ideas and executing recruitment campaigns. Joe also works in conjunction with IWLA Membership and Partner Member committees.
Scott Brewster

Scott plans and manages the association's Annual Convention; sells exhibit space, sponsorships, and advertising for the Convention and other IWLA meetings; and contracts with hotels for meeting space and meeting services.
Ben Fairbank

Ben is responsible for company data entry, database maintenance, maintenance of membership department files, assisting in regional meeting preparation, new member process, and responding to general membership inquiries.
Camille Golden
Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Camille is responsible for developing and implementing IWLA’s marketing and communications activities. Her duties include providing weekly updates to the IWLA website, producing and distributing the weekly electronic newsletter, This Week @ IWLA, and coordinating the production of IWLA marketing materials.

Joe is responsible for the coordination of membership-related projects, and responding to general membership inquiries. He also assists with membership database management and the Logistics Services Locator data management.
Cathy Heyderman
Education Coordinator

Cathy provides support for Education and Research. She processes education session registrations and confirmations, edits, and enhances session promotional documents, speaker presentations, and provides general administrative support to IWLA staff.
Rocio Lemke
Office Coordinator

Rocio provides support in accounting and general office needs. She is responsible for the daily accounts receivable and accounts payable activities at IWLA. She audits monthly financial reports for accuracy and integration into accounting software and assists with various projects as needed.
Sheresa McClain
Manager of Administrative & Personnel Services

Sheresa oversees the general administrative and personnel aspects of the association. This includes the daily/monthly distribution of funds, reconciliations and maintenance of all bank accounts, maintenance of the personnel records, maintenance of payroll records and related documents and is the liaison between the association and the vendors with respect to the employee benefit programs.

IWLA-Canada’s retained counsel, Chris Neufeld, serves as a legal resource for association members in Canada, responding to member inquiries regarding customer contracts and warehouse law.
Pat O'Connor
Washington Representative

Pat provides lobbying services in Washington D.C. He monitors and tracks legislative and regulatory issues, represents the association in coalitions with allied organizations. He sets up and participates in meetings with agency congressional staff, drafts legislative alerts, provides advice and counsel for the Political Action Committee and assists with planning government relations activities for the Annual Convention.

IWLA’s retained counsel for the United States, Kevin Philips, Nielsen, Zehe & Antas PC, serves as a legal resource for association members, responding to member inquiries regarding customer contracts and warehouse law.
Faith Ramey

Faith oversees the operation of IWLA chapters, councils and committees to ensure those participants’ needs are being met. She educates members on program benefits and develops programs that help them improve their bottom line.
Donna Rebeck

Donna provides financial expertise and consultation to IWLA's board and staff and its affiliate organizations, as well as oversees the accounting, financial reporting, audit and tax return preparations, financial systems, and internal controls.
David Sparkman

David is responsible for strategic and external communications, working with the news media and assisting the membership, board, and staff in getting IWLA's message out to the industry, policymakers, and stakeholders. He also serves as staff liaison to the Associate Members.
Jay Strother
Director of Membership, Marketing and Business Development

Member retention and new-member recruitment drive everything Jay does as he focuses on building IWLA’s brand and the organization’s stature as a leader in logistics-related policy and as a premier provider of 3PL-industry education. He oversees the association’s print, web and electronic communications, and develops broad and targeted marketing strategies. He also works closely with suppliers and vendors to warehousing and logistics organizations through IWLA’s associate member program.
Mike Williams
California Government Affairs

Michael's duties include tracking and analyzing California's policy developments, regulatory filings and legislation as to their impact on our industry. He coordinates with IWLA to develop and maintain a network of active members for statewide grassroots advocacy. Michael also coordinates BiPAC grassroots activities and conducts fundraising for special IWLA-PAC events.
